i swear everyone says that about the drivers where ever they happen to live at the time

its amazing really how drivers in a new place always manage to be worse than in the old place :p

No, I’ve never lived in New Jersey or DC/Northern Virginia, but I drive in and through those places quite a bit, and they are absolutely worse than anyplace I’ve ever lived. Especially DC suburbs, they’re so bad, its like it takes extra, intentional  effort to be that terrible.

Statistically, SC is second only to Maine for worst drivers in the US based off of crash statistics. And SC has a lot less winter.

un Agreed. I have lived all over the country, and was an OTR truck driver. Living in SC now, and the awful driving has convinced me to totally give up on motorcycles and small cars. I feel safer doing 80 in bumper-to-bumper NYC traffic than anywhere in South Carolina. People here are just totally clueless.

Exactly , everyone just forgot how to drive. The roads weren’t bad at all, just a little damp.
